You can reach out to us via our “Get Free Quote” or “Contact Us” forms. We’ll discuss your needs, scope, timeline & budget, then propose a solution that fits.

2. What packages or service-tiers do you offer?

We currently provide several tiers, such as:

• AI Agent Starter – basic AI agent, essential integrations, delivered in ~2–3 weeks, includes one month support.
• AI Agent Pro – more advanced agent + custom ML work, dashboards & analytics, multiple integrations, around 4-6 weeks with 3 months support.
• Enterprise AI Solution – full-scale AI/ML implementation, mobile & web app development, long-term support (6 months), with dedicated project manager.
• Custom Solutions – tailored packages for unique needs, combining elements from different tiers or adding specialized features. We can discuss and create a custom plan.
• Consulting Services – expert guidance on AI/ML strategy, implementation, and best practices. Available as standalone or add-on to any package.

3. Do you only build AI/ML models, or do you also handle web/mobile apps?

We handle both. We build custom ML models & AI agents, and we also deliver web applications and mobile apps (native or cross-platform), plus automation & consulting.

4. What kind of post-delivery support do you offer?

We include a support period with each package (1-6 months depending on tier) that covers bug fixes, minor updates, and performance monitoring. Extended support plans are also available.

5. Will I be trained to use the tools/dashboards you build?

Yes. We provide documentation & training so you or your team can manage, monitor, or scale what we deliver.

6. What kind of data do you need from my side?

Usually, to build AI/ML solutions we need sample data (historical data if available), specifications of workflows or business processes, access to any systems you want to integrate, plus info about expected outcomes (KPIs, success metrics) and constraints (security, compliance, etc.)

7. Do you offer consultations before project commitment?

Yes, we provide consulting & strategic tech guidance as a service to help you understand what’s possible, what you need, and how best to invest.
