By accessing QodeML Labs services, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services and Deliverables

We provide AI/ML solutions, software development, and related consulting services. The scope, timelines, and deliverables for client engagements are governed by a separate statement of work or agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, timely information and access required for delivery.
• Ensure you have rights to share any data or content you provide.
• Review deliverables and provide feedback within agreed timelines.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, QodeML Labs retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and intellectual property. Client-specific deliverables are licensed or assigned according to the applicable agreement.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees, billing terms, and payment schedules are defined in the applicable proposal or statement of work. Late payments may incur reasonable administrative or service delays.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared in the course of a project. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QodeML Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement according to the applicable agreement. Obligations related to payment, confidentiality, and IP ownership remain in effect after termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
